This website is operated by Vamp Chrome. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Vamp Chrome. By visiting our site and/or purchasing a garment from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Section 1 - Intellectual Property & Brand Credit

All content included on this site, including but not limited to the text, graphics, logos, images, custom calligraphy, tattoo scripts, and garment designs (specifically the Vamp Chrome brand concepts) is the exclusive property of Vamp Chrome.

  • You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, or exploiting any portion of our designs, artwork, or products without express written permission from us.

  • Any unauthorized use of our visual assets will result in immediate legal action.

Section 2 - Print-on-Demand & Custom Production

Our products are premium, custom-manufactured garments printed to order through international fulfillment partners (including Tapstitch).

  • Because each garment is physically created specifically for you upon purchase, variations in vintage fabric washes, distress details, and exact print alignments can occur. These unique characteristics are a standard part of the manufacturing process and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Section 3 - Sizing and Product Accuracy

We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and fits of our products as accurately as possible. However, our garments utilize heavyweight, boxy, streetwear oversized cuts.

  • The customer is entirely responsible for reviewing the provided size matrix charts before making a purchase. We are not liable for incorrect size choices made by the customer.

Section 4 - Governing Law (Australia)

Unlike generic templates, these Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and are subject to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Section 5 - Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
